Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). When placing an order you must provide us with your complete address that you can receive Postal Mail in the Shipping Information section of the checkout form.  ALL CLAIMS regarding shipping and delivery issues must be made within 30 days of the date your order was placed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges that must be applied for gift items that are not included in the Free Shipping that we offer to our jewelry customers, we will give you an estimate of the shipping charges. In cases where the actual shipping cost is more than the amount quoted at the time of your order, you will be contacted with the actual shipping cost before your order is shipped. At this time you will have the option of either confirming or canceling your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free First Class USPS shipping on most jewelry orders. Certain jewelry or other items that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the standard First Class shipping rate. If you request a faster delivery option you will be billed for the expidited service for USPS Priority (2-3 day) or USPS Express Delivery (1-2 day).

Delivery Time

Orders are generally shipped within 24–72 hours from the receipt of your order and payment. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. We will make every effort to ship rush orders by the next business day.

Orders for custom or special-order products may require additional lead time and orders containing out-of-stock items will be shipped when the entire contents of your order is available. You will be contacted with an approximate ship date in these cases.

ALL CLAIMS regarding shipping and delivery issues must be made within 30 days of the date your order was placed.

We do not ship to Canada or outside of the United States.

EXCHANGES

Currents Gifts is happy to make exchanges. Please understand that we can only accept items for exchange that are in their original condition and with the original box that we shipped your order in. For example, our line of Cape Cod Bracelets are shipped with a size tag attached to the bracelet and they are shipped in the manufacturers gift box along with a polishing cloth. All of these items MUST accompany the item to be exchanged.

On ALL orders which we have offered free shipping there will be a $5.00 exchange fee to cover the cost of restocking and shipping out the new item.

Returns
Sometimes returns are necessary for items that you purchase from us. That's why we make it easy for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return.

Please understand that we can only accept items for return that are in their original condition. Any jewelry box, polishing cloth or label MUST accompany the item to be returned.

On ALL returned orders there will be a 10% restocking charge ($5.00 minimum charge) to cover the processing fees that Currents Gifts has incurred in processing your order. 

All returns require prior approval; we will refuse to accept any items returned to us without prior approval. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received 14 days after notifying us of the return or they will not be eligible for a refund.

We will refund 100% (minus the re-stocking charge) of the purchase price of the returned items only. Shipping costs, if incurred at time of order, are not refundable.

Returns may take up to 14 days to process. We will credit your credit card or issue a refund check for the amount of the refund if you contact us within 5 days of receiving your item AND we receive your item back to us within 10 days of the date you received your item. We will issue a store credit/gift card if we receive your item after 10 days from the date you received it. We will also issue a store credit/gift card if the item being returned was a gift and is not being returned by the original purchaser. The lowest sale price will be given on items that are being returned without a receipt. Canceling Or Changing an Order If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are generally able to make changes to orders as long as they have not been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel any order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include your order number in any change or cancellation requests.

Damaged & Defective Items
Nothing is more annoying than receiving an order that was damaged during shipping or an item that doesn't work. We strive to inspect each item prior to shipping an order. If an item arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible, ship out a completely new item at our expense, or refund the cost of your order. Simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please provide a phone number or email address where we may get in touch with you when you contact us. If your items were damaged in shipping, please make sure you keep the damaged items in the original packing materials and box in case an inspection is necessary by the shipper.

Currents Gifts makes every possible effort to make sure that pricing on our website is accurate and current.  Currents Gifts is not liable for mismarked items and will immediately refund your entire purchase price in the event of this instance happening.

The Company is not a publisher of content posted by third-parties on linked sites.
